Ok - so to make the statistics fairer I think we should add:
+'beppec56'
+'vq'
to the list I made yesterday - which admittedly was a quick & easy
hack. This is now all those who contributed >100 lines of listed source
file types in 2008 (rather than >100 in a single month).
The python to generate the list (requires all the RCS files from cvs
too) - can be found here:

Hopefully it's fairly self explanatory; thanks to Kohei for doing the
bulk of the heavy lifting for another task.
This seems to me a fair way to seed a list of voters for the council.
