I think that beside the vote for new election and the actuall elections all votes should be allowed.
If I understand alon's proposel correctly he allow also having elections online?
If so I think it's a bad idea.
c. I think allowing Condorcet voting would be a good idea, so
we can support many similar contradictory proposals.(Debian fashion),
this is not to say all votes should be held in this manner.
