I have a 93 Intrepid ES, 3.5 engine.

When I've been driving it for awhile....say a half hour or so, its
good and warmed up, I will get alot of pinging in the engine. I'm
using the correct fuel (89 Octane) car is not overheating as the
gauges are all where they should be and the coolant is fine, car has
had new radiator, waterpump, thermostat, plugs are good, wires have
been replaced in the past, fuel filter replaced...doesn't seem to be
any loss of power...I am wondering if this could be a sign that the o2
sensors need replacing. The last time I took it through emissions, my
Nox levels were getting close to the maximum, even thoguh the car has
had a new catylitic converter put on it, and had just had the plugs
changed.

Any ideas? Car has 250,000 km's on it.

Thanks
