Pammie, Just as an add-on note, rough DOWNshifts with these trannies are normal. I get lots of harsh downshifts, esp. from 2nd to 1st, but they're normal. Rough UPshifts are problematic, however.
I also notice that on occasion it will seem to not "catch" if I take off quickly from a stop for a second, especially when cold, but I've just learned to not jump off the line and that takes care of that.
