It had crossed my mind that just maybe the aileron pushrod bearings were seized (like the one here). Will you be around this weekend ??? Have you checked the elevator travel ?? Also I have a pic of the 2 different types of aileron bellcrank design. Quite interesting. We still don't know if the new bellcranks can be fitted to the older airframes though Best regards Ian W.
