German export c of a are not worth the paper they are written on-  25 years
ago a guy from the LBA came to inspect a Bergfalke I was importing and
Scheibe only had 2 ADs at the time and one was on release attachment for
cracks and when we got it it had big cracks.  A guy came from Brunsweig
office of LBA who had hardly seen a glider before and wrote out the export c
of a at huge expense.  After a second such incident I won the battle with
GFA and now it is no longer needed to come into Aust
