To be clear, there is an email notification option in the new Forum
but we are NOT moving over subscriptions from this list. So these
lists are being shut down even though there is still and email option.
We want to take this as an opportunity to let people reassert their
desire to get these posts. MUCH of the list is now bouncing or being
ignored so we're reluctant to just assume people want to get the new
email notifications from the Forum.
