As the main developer of that software, I would be happy to work on
it more and extend the support of the OpenSRS API (only the basic
blocks are there today)... if there is
enough interest by some current/future OpenSRS resellers and/or
Tucows itself, to share resources and participate in this work.

It is an open source perl toolkit, and can become a reference
implementation if there are enough people behind it.

Feel free to contact me privately to discuss this furthermore for
those interested parties.
