Permatex makes the form-a-gasket. It is a non-silicone based sealant. Put it on 
one surface and let it get tacky and then put the two halves together. I would 
actually recommend this over silicone. Silicone RTV emits acetic acid when it 
cures and that can cause corrosion on electrical parts. You could also use 
oxygen sensor safe silicone, I believe it does not outgas acetic acid as it 
cures.
