Both the webcam and the Mic work fine for me in Skype 4.3.0.37; I nevr had to
do a thing. Its all the other Apps that use a Mic that don't seem to work
with the USB Mic.
The Tox suite of IM Clients would seem ideal, given my bandwidth issue with
the latest version of Skype, but at the moment I can only use a poor quality
boom Mic, when I have a perfectly good USB Mic.
