I'm afraid I don't FWB. Plus there is no drive appearing to even attempt a
driver update.
Is there a chance that the drive is not appearing because of the jumper
settings? The original IBM drive has one jumper on the pins at the farthest
left. Toshiba's web site indicates that there should be no jumper in place
for a single drive installation thus making it the Master. Unfortunately
there are a few other jumper configutations that provided a Master setting.

Maybe the drive is just too new although it says it works with an ATA2/3/4
interface and the 2300 has the ATA-2 interface. I think...help!
