The Global Village Toolbox is needed and if using the Printer Port - AppleTalk will
have to be off. The error message you describe can also occur if there is an improper
termination of the connection, failed connection, etc - reboot normally cures problem
or reset modem from Teleport CP. GV software generally does not get along with other
modem software and make sure you select the right model modem in the modem CP - and
have latest script.
