I did exactly this to use a set of 7.1 install floppies from an SE on my
Duo 230.
By simply inserting the Duo Enabler 2.0 into the system folder of the
installer floppies it works like a charm. You just have to make sure that
you put a copy of the enabler into all of the system folders in the
installer
(dont forget the one on the disk tools disk too!)
I have used this same set of install disks on an LCIII, Q605,Q650,IIfx,IIci,SE,
SE30 & Q950 without any problems.
