Stan,

I am running 9.0.4, so, some of the stuff may be different. The Apple
stuff:

Apple Enet 530,399 bytes 2.3 ndrv cfrg

Of course, the Global Village stuff:

Global Village Toolbox 132,355 bytes 2.5.9.3 INIT GVtb
GlobalFax 393,049 bytes 2.5.8 PRER GVCi
GV 56K Combo Enabler 52,315 bytes 1.0.7 ndrv GVE4
GV 56K PC Card Enabler 52,003 bytes 1.0.7 ndrv GVE3
GV 56K PC Card Enabler 2 52,009 bytes 1.0.7 ndrv GVE5
GV PC Card Ethernet 14,812 bytes 3.0.3 shlb GVEn

I'm not certain why I have this one:

PowerBook 3400/G3 Modem 40,719 bytes 1.0.1 ndrv argn

BTW, is there anywhere you have "Alternate Ethernet" selected? Seems I saw
that extension once a long time ago.

As far as I know, there is no problem with TCP/IP. I can share files with
three other Apples on the net, two hard wired and one Airport. I can print
without problem with a Laserwriter on the network and through an iMac to a
USB Epson printer. The fax software still works great, gonna miss it in Mac
OS X.

There may be different issues with 8.6, IMHO, the best OS for the stock
Comet.

Hope this helps.

Ed
