Actually, your problem is completely different from mine. I believe that
your problem is likely due to a loose connection in the display end of the
video cable. That or the cabel itself is bad. (They're available from
Powerbook Guy). Anyway, To open the display case, undo the two screws in
the bottom of the display and slide the top of the display case forward
while lifting it up very slightly. The front of the display case has
eyelets that are easily broken, similar to those that are on the right
front corner of the bottom case. (Right wrist rest) You can then open up
the RF shielding and get at the display cable.
