DT&T managed to "lose" my 2400/G3-400 Interware CPU card recently. They claim it came back to them so they reshipped (after my not-so-understanding transatlantic phone call chasing everything). To make a long story short, I got it back, well repaired, after about 6 weeks delay. OTOH, my G3-320 card, shipped separately late last year, is still AWOL. DT&T do decent repairs but seem very sloppy in the S&H dept. Ron, you'll have to call them and get on top of your problem. I'm still hassling my 320 and I have posted gentle warnings about DT&T in the past--at least, to pay attention. As for MCE, they are just a stone's throw from my occasional Irvine, CA base. AFAIK, terrific team, but they do not repair powerbooks--just sell/install upgrades.
