All, With the obvious dissatisfaction with GXS flaring, I feel compelled to ask the question... Would the same amount of negative mail (and as pointed) been seen for ANY VAN experiencing a problem of this nature (just different people voicing in) or is there a consensus that GXS is not as reliable or supportive of a VAN in general ?
Do other VAN's have procedures/hardware etc... in place that would have prevented this particular issue or reduced the downtime ?
