In my case, I admittedly might be more tolerant of other Vans. Oh, you know, salespeople all talk up their product. To hear GXS you would think this could never happen. My suggestion to you is NOT to spend much effort on cross-examining sales people, but get feedback from a wide variety of users who have used various VANS. This is a good forum for that. There has been some discussion of this in the past on here and you might want to search the archives. Also, in the sales contract, put in a clause that stipulates what kind of fee reduction you get if there is such a breakdown.
