With our EDI the problem with the 860 is 9 time out of 10 they are sent after an order already is in picking / packing or shipped. I ended up making a report then gets directed to the appropriate group. A lot of the 860's tend to be a change in the start / cancel date as well or something rather simple. For the frequency we get 860's the report method works. Really depends on the business situation. Good luck. - John
