I won't argue with any of that. They are not on the ball in some other 
repects,  and I haven't fixed those either.

No, but I don't tilt at windmills.

I'm reminded of the Serenity Prayer:

"GOD, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage 
to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."


I think this is one of the rare cases where I have wisdom. Opening an 
occasional html email is a lot more productive use of my time that trying 
to get the university to change its ways for my convenience. If I want to 
badger them, I think I'll concentrate my efforts on a pay raise.
