I've been using the HTML to Message Body script with great success. As a bonus, it also moved the html attachment to the trash, as it is un necessary after the html text has been moved into the body of the email message.
I also appreciate that viewing the html messages this way doesn't activate the "web-bugs" that are common in spam. I'd rather not let them know anybody opened it.
