Because of your situtation, I would look into one of the scripts that converts the HTML attachment into body text and then deletes the attachment. These scripts can be run via a Mail Action, so they are done automatically when the email is received. This way, you don't get a pile up of HTML attachments that are hard to sort out from the spam. All the attachments are junked, and all the spam messages can just be thrown out as usual, keeping the legit ones without worry of loosing the actual message because of attachment name changes.
