Thanks for your suggestion/comments.

We'd just post a reply to Chris, and listed how the situation is okay 
from our office T1 connection and mostly what we found is that SBC 
accounts will work with static IP connection or only with their preferred 
setting from their new server settings changed lately.

You can read up on our previous posting, so we can save some spaces here 
on the emailer-talk distribution.
