This setting behaves different depending on (location) type of connection
as per SBC help site documentation. I will post another email with
detail findings later on today when I get a chance to type and type.....

We set the option to keep email on server as we then can view messages
from different location, and machines at different time. Thus leave
message on server works conviniently for us. We do manually purge out
old messages and then don't need to as it is not a 2GB email storage
account.

One thing about using Claris eMailer is: we like the way the email can
be sorted and searched like a real database, and the scripts/action, and
being text base email program, we "see" heml codes and we'd never got in
trouble with virus/spam/spoof and such when using this program.

Also, being able to handle multiple account all at once (not logging off,
switch profile, etc.) really works well on CE than any other program that
we know.

Time keeps on ticking, and technology and all things keep on changing.
It's perhaps come to a point where CE is not able to provide enough
"settings" that won't available 10 years ago.

BUT we are so used to the CE format, it's gonna be difficult to try to
get used to other format.......
