We actually DID click on get all email from server and we got tons of them and kind of like flushing them out, and still no new email after that. We did however set it back to "leave email on server", because otherwise, there will be not a single email left on SBC server in any of our web folders (although seeing from web as folders, but SBC web mail actually is flat, and a search for a key word will bring results from any or every message folder- both good and bad). We will try to archive email first, then we will try to set NOT to leave email on server and click to get all email one more time (later when we are ready and sure that we have all email first, there's a lot of them).
