Does any one have any information regarding how you determine if equipment will not product significant voltage fluctuations or flicker with out performing the tests of EN 61000-3-3 per Paragraph 6.1?
EN 61000-3-3 Paragraph 6.1 states "Test shall not be made on equipment which is unlikely to product significant voltage fluctuations or flicker."
