Barbara, A very rough guide might be to observe the 230 V on the mains and see if your product causes it to dip a few volts momentarily (or do an analysis to determine worst case dip and frequency of dip). If it doesn't dip at all, you have no need to measure per 6.1.
If the mains voltage does dip, you need to worry about dmax, d(t), dc at a minimum; if it dips repetitively you also need to be concerned about Plt and Pst.
