This thread was initiated by a gentleman in India who stated they had an
ITE device tested for Class B compliance in a NVLAP accredited lab.  The
India lab should note that FCC rules for products having a DoC are
acceptable from test firms outside the U.S. only if they are in a
country that has an MRA with the U.S.  A NVLAP accredited lab or FCC
registered lab is not a MRA with the U.S.  For India, because they don't
have an MRA with the U.S., test firms in that country cannot do testing
for FCC DoC.
