Certainly an oversight on my part.  The encoder converter has been 
there, just not prominently
with the rest of the PWM servo products.  It is all together on one page 
now, at
http://pico-systems.com/oscrc4/catalog/index.php?cPath=3

If you get a Universal PWM Controller, and one brushless PWM Amp and 
Fanuc converter
for each motor, you will have a system that can run up to 4 of these 
motors.  (You can connect
two controller boards to have up to 8 axes if you need it.)
