I will try to find a multimeter to check, if the cable is ok, all the
rest seem to be fine.

I took a look at the jumpers and have set them as follows:
W1 - up
W2 - up
W3 - up
W4 - down (I suspect that the jumper right next to W5 is W4, I cannot
see on the card or in the manual, where is it)
W5 - down
W6 - down - I have connected external 5V from PSU
W7 - up - since I am not using USB, it does not make sense to me to
leave it in "down" position

Now after changing the jumpers, I have all 3 LEDs - Power, Done and
Init turned on. Before that Init was off.

I think that it is Intel. On the board itself I see only Intel logos
and when powering on at the moment, where I am offered to "press F2 to
enter setup", it shows large and nice Intel logo.

First I thought that I have 400K version, but then EMC error message
told me that it is 200K. After changing jumpers it is telling that I
have 400K version, so I am confused now.
Do I have to do something specific to choose correct firmware besides
trying one of hm2-stepper/7i43-big or hm2-stepper/7i43-small configs?

Ok, any place, where I can find information, how to do it?
