Ok, thanks for the explanation, I finally understood :) I would really appreciate, if You could provide me with a bitfile for 6 stepgens (with some instructions, what do I have to do with it). All the remaining I/O stuff will be homing switches, limit switches etc. No encoders or PWM generators are needed for this machine.
