OK thats more promising, you had it on USB mode before

Its probably a 400K version, you had it set for USB mode

Well if you want to do it by yourself you need to download Xilinx webpack and 
edit one of the PINXXXX_48.vhd files to change the pinout. YOu might look at 
one of those PINXXX_44.vhd files in either Mesas or EMCs HostMot2 source to 
give you an idea of what needed
