Which is the reason I am going out to get another armload of 2 & 1/2" ring 
binders after dinner, I'm going to convert it to dead trees.  I did not see 
a place on their site where I could purchase it, and I did spend a few 
minutes looking.  Their version would likely be way more compact than a 
binder full of 24lb paper and I'll use up $40 in ink & $6 in paper to do it 
this way.  With the hassle, I'd be ahead to buy it for $60 or so.
