With it connected in position control I get a run away pretty much.

And it ignores my home sensor

I have a encoder I can use also from this servo motor on toolchanger.  If
that's a better option?

I just Kinda thought that a closed loop stepper system eg a servo would be
good enough.  But happy up try other options.  Just want the fastest option
I can get..
