Hey Andy just reporting back.
I just had a play with the extra joints mode and I can trigger it with classic ladder using a assignment connected to the limit3 input. And move the axis back and forth quite nicely Which I found really cool. I have the toolchanger controlled with classic ladder now just calling assignments to the limit3 component and moving to the right position. It's really cool and fast now.
