I can only notice that W2 is down instead of UP as per picture in page 4 of this manual: https://www.mesanet.com/pdf/parallel/6i24man.pdf Although the description is a little strange: "The default is to enable the pull-ups To enable the built-in pull-ups, (the default condition) jumper W2 should be placed in the UP position. To disable the internal pull-ups, W4 should be in the DOWN position." Is that meant to be W2 in last sentence?
