Title: Re: Palm Sync - Duplicate Categories
Yes you should create custom categories on the Palm. I forget why it had to be this way. It was a limitation of some sort. We cannot control everything the Palm does when it sees a custom category created in Entourage.

So we should not create new categories in Entourage. They should all be
created on the Palm so that when synching they will be created in Entourage
and not be duplicated after that? Is this correct?

Why not have this work both ways?
