It's not editable because it's not your message. It's someone else's message
to you. If you want to fix the spelling in the message reply to it and fix
it in the reply. Or at least be grateful that MS added the ability to edit
incoming messages and accept that you have to click the Edit button first.
Otherwise Entourage does exactly what software designed to manage messages
is supposed to do when you hit the delete button... It deletes the message.
I'm all for improving Entourage, but I'm casting my vote now that I think
the current behavior is correct and I wish for it to remain unaltered.
