Well, in that case, I don't know what to tell you except that SMTP Auth works fine for me under 10.2. Sorry I can't be of more help than that. Did you try reentering your passwords and such? I've had several cases where Entourage would just forget my password - even in the middle of downloading some IMAP messages.
