MSN (in some form) seems to be part of the Internet subscription from Qwest.
Reading the MSN web site is pretty confusing to me, as it describes several
subscription offerings. More service, or another subscription isn't needed.

I have discovered that creating a new account in Entourage offers the option
of "Hotmail/MSN" as an account type. Creating an account with that option,
by entering account-id and email address, creates an Entourage Hotmail
account. It appears to be pretty much like an IMAP account. Is this the same
as what you're describing above in terms of 'convert the account to a
Hotmail-based account'?
