In this case, it was his idea to upgrade. He wants to use the new Project
Center of Entourage for managing projects in his business.

I think there's a relatively easy work around for moving messages that fits
his work style. I tested Move in the tool bar on my .Mac account, and it
very effectively moves the current message to a local folder, deleting it
from the server folder. He has typically his messages much like that anyway,
filing messages as soon as he reads them. The biggest change will be having
the Inbox appear after the local folders.
