Lorene,
Is this duplication every time you check your POP server? Or did it happen
only with your first connection after the upgrade?  Is any POP account
working correctly?

The upgrade rebuilds the database and all connections on what was previously
download was lost. The first connection downloads everything on the server
and resets the history.
