Not to be glib, but turn off Filevault. It's like the joke.....

Patient: Doctor, it hurts when I do this...

I don't know anyone that even uses Filevault. This is the first question I
have ever had about Entourage and Filevault. Does the user carry sensitive
information that would require using it?
