Sean, I find Entourage pretty stable. Question: Did you have the Microsoft Test Run on your computer before you installed Entourage? If so, did you uninstall that version? I wonder if there's an invisible file on your computer that is telling your installed copy that it's timed out, that the demo is over, that it's not allowed to run. When you try to launch Entourage, what does your Console log say? Try launching it, and have the window open so you can read the messages that come up, and tell us what it says there.
