Although I remain reluctant to "go digital," I find myself more and more interested
in doing so. This is the first negative aspect of the D30's performance I have heard
about . . . well, supposedly it focusses a bit slowly too. In any event, relatively
poor performance at higher ISO's than the D1 would be quite significant to me in my
very long lens usage (1120mm). While I hope to "skip" the D30, and get a digital
body with a full 24 X 36mm sensor, I still would love to try one out!
