EOS 1.4 Tele's and 100-400 IS

Does the 100-400 IS Autofocus and provide IS with a Canon 1.4 tele? 
Is there an aftermarket 1.4 tele that is as good ;>) as the 
Canon...do the aftermarket tele's allow autofocus and IS? Anyone have 
a used Canon for sale??? thanks...jim
