Good to actually hear someone else say that!!!!
I find that it noticably softens ALL images. The old-fashioned
low-tech approach of keeping slides unscratched and clean (ergo no
needing digital scratch removal) is a far better option ... but has
nothing to do with EOS so I think its time to stop ;o)
