This was an order I placed online, without speaking to anyone (until I
became aware of the charge).

This transaction took place a few years ago, and Henry and I have discussed
it thoroughly :) He acknowledged that there was some type of glitch in their
online ordering process. And I wasn't venting, merely responding to a
suggestion.
