I'm sure it's an oversight.

I find that interesting. I tried to place an order for Provia 100F as it
was just coming out and they would not take the order until it was in stock.
After I insisted, they took the order--after they warned me that I would be
charged immediately, to which I agreed. Anyway, my experience is that they
don't do it as a matter of practice.

Henry Posner will go a long way to keep customers satisfied, but I doubt
that will happen. Also, if you have a gripe, email Henry directly rather
than venting here.
