For landscape work I would suggest a wider lens than 28mm. How about a
24mm TS-E? Let's you tilt and shift. Not the cheapest lens but great
for correct perspective and a very wide DOF. If it is too expensive
for you take the 24mm f/2.8 or 20mm f/2.8.
I would also include a tele. The 200/2.8 + 1.4xTC are a great combo
and not too heavy and expensive.
